By submitting the manuscript, the author guarantees&nbsp;that&nbsp;the&nbsp;work&nbsp;has&nbsp;not&nbsp;been&nbsp;and&nbsp;will&nbsp;not&nbsp;be&nbsp;published&nbsp;elsewhere&nbsp;without&nbsp;the&nbsp;consent of the copyright holder.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The Editorial board shall apply strict rules for high scientific ethics, improvement of the quality of&nbsp;scientific&nbsp;research&nbsp;and&nbsp;guarantees&nbsp;the&nbsp;scientific&nbsp;reputation&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;publications&nbsp;by&nbsp;applying&nbsp;an electronic system for verification of originality.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp; All&nbsp;manuscripts&nbsp;pass&nbsp;authentication&nbsp;through&nbsp;specialized&nbsp;software;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp; The&nbsp;editors&nbsp;do&nbsp;not&nbsp;accept&nbsp;for&nbsp;publication&nbsp;manuscripts&nbsp;that&nbsp;are&nbsp;found&nbsp;to&nbsp;have&nbsp;more&nbsp;than&nbsp;20% coincidence with already published works;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Authors&nbsp;are&nbsp;responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;that&nbsp;manuscripts&nbsp;comply&nbsp;with&nbsp;ethical&nbsp;standards&nbsp;and&nbsp;do&nbsp;not contain plagiarism. Unauthorized borrowing and reproduction of elements of the manuscript (text, figures, primary data, etc.) is inadmissible. The borrowing of elements is done with the express&nbsp;consent&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;rights\u2019&nbsp;holders&nbsp;and&nbsp;must&nbsp;be&nbsp;presented&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;correct&nbsp;form&nbsp;and&nbsp;accompanied by a correct reference.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The editorial board of &#8220;Research Papers of UNWE&#8221; and &#8220;Yearbook of UNWE&#8221; supports the principles of open science and the initiative for free sharing of scientific information.
